Who we are
Hangzhou Lingshe Kaiwu Technology Co., Ltd. (杭州灵蛇开物科技有限公司, “LINGSHE”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in Hangzhou, People’s Republic of China. We are responsible for the personal information processed under this policy.
Scope
This policy applies to our websites (https://lingshekaiwu.com and https://lingshekaiwu.cn) and to the mobile apps, WeChat mini programs, games and other services we publish that link to this policy (together, the “Services”).
Some Services may have a supplemental privacy notice with product-specific details, such as the third-party services they use. Where one exists, it applies together with this policy.
This policy does not cover software we build for our business clients. In those projects, the client decides how the personal information of its users is processed, and the client’s own privacy policy applies.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information, such as your email address, nickname or profile picture, if a Service offers accounts.
- Content you create, upload or share in a Service.
- Communications you send us, such as emails, feedback and support requests.
Information collected automatically
- Device and app information: device model, operating system, app version, language and time zone.
- Usage and diagnostic data: how features are used, crash reports and performance data.
- Identifiers: app-specific identifiers and, where permitted and subject to your device settings, advertising identifiers.
- Network information: IP address and the approximate location derived from it.
Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple, Google or other platform providers. We do not receive your full payment card details. We receive the transaction information needed to deliver and restore what you bought.
Our websites
Our websites do not use advertising or analytics cookies. We store your language preference in your browser’s local storage. Our hosting providers may process technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the websites.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain and secure the Services.
- To create and manage your account.
- To process purchases and restore them across devices.
- To respond to your messages and provide support.
- To understand how the Services are used, fix problems and make improvements.
- To show ads in ad-supported products, including personalized ads where you have allowed them.

Legal bases
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following: performing our contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the Services; your consent, which you can withdraw at any time; and compliance with legal obligations. For users in mainland China, we process personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law and obtain your consent where it is required.
Third-party services
Our Services may include software development kits (SDKs) and services from third parties for analytics, crash reporting, advertising, sign-in and payments. These providers may collect information directly from your device under their own privacy policies. The supplemental notice of each Service lists the main third-party services it uses.
Advertising. Ad-supported apps and games may work with advertising partners that use advertising identifiers to show and measure ads. You can limit this at any time: on iOS, through the App Tracking Transparency prompt and your privacy settings; on Android, by resetting or deleting your advertising ID in your device settings.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only:
- with service providers that process it on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, email and analytics providers, under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations;
- with platform providers such as Apple, Google and Tencent, as needed to deliver the Services;
- when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users, the public or us;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you;
- with your consent.
Under some US state laws, using advertising identifiers for personalized advertising may be considered “sharing” of personal information. You can opt out through the device settings described above, or by contacting us.
International transfers
We are based in China and work with service providers in different countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. When we transfer personal information across borders, we take the steps required by applicable law to protect it.
Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time, except where we must keep it for legal reasons.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, such as encryption in transit and access controls, to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights

We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, or under a higher minimum age where local law requires it (for example, 14 in mainland China). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If the changes are significant, we will also provide a more prominent notice in the Services.
